The one size fits all schedule does not fit all, and for those it fits, it does not fit for long.
Our training schedule has three different levels of ability built into it. We call them "Beginner," "Intermediate," and "Advanced." Though these names are not necessarily accurate. An older person, who takes longer to recover, may become more efficient by doing more of the Beginner schedule, for example.
